If the product you are ordering is too large or fragile to sent via a standard courier we will despatch is safely on a pallet for you.
There are some differences in how this works when compared to a standard order which you need to be aware of.
Please ensure you include a valid phone number and email address when placing your order as we will need to contact you to arrange delivery.
It is expensive to deliver pallets as they have to be specially booked onto lorries for both collection from our warehouse and delivery to your address. This now costs us in the region of £65-£100 depending on your location.
We subsidise all our pallet deliveries to help with cost. The charge to you as the customer is as follows and based on your total order spend
If your pallet has to be redelivered, the pallet company will charge for redelivering. For that reason we will contact you before we despatch your pallet and arrange a suitable delivery day. Once this has been arranged you must be available to receive the pallet as arranged. If you are not available we will re-charge you the rate the pallet company charge us for the redelivery, this may be more than the price you pay for delivery when placing the order.
Please also note that pallet deliveries will arrive on a lorry meaning you should only order if there is good vehicular access to your property and the service is a "kerbside" option.
If there is a problem with delivery
In the rare event of any issue with delivery, please sign for the order as damaged, take a photo and contact us so we can assist you with resolving this without delay.
Other notes
The driver is not insured to enter your property, please ensure you have somebody available to help with moving goods into your home.
Whilst some drivers may be happy to take back empty pallets, this is unfortunately not guaranteed so please plan to dispose of the packaging materials.
