Unfortunately relaunching collect in store at checkout has led to confusion with many customers ordering items they expected to be delivered using the collection option - to avoid this happening in the future we've had to make checkout for collection little more 'difficult' - but this ensures only people wanting to checkout for collection are able to do so. We apologise for any immediate inconvenience but hope you find this easier moving forward - YOU ARE NOW ABLE TO COLLECT ALL ITEMS ON OUR SITE
Stock levels and pricing relate to orders placed online at www.internetreptile.com - our partner store "Medusa Exotics" who are located at Clarke Road have their own pricing, stock and offers which can be seen online at www.medusaexotics.co.uk or in store 7 days per week.
We understand you may prefer to shop online at Internet Reptile, whilst our own warehouse is not accessible to the public at the moment, we can deliver your order to Medusa Exotics FREE OF CHARGE for collection.
Please read through the following details regarding how to do this.
- Order online as normal
- For your delivery address please use
10 Clarke Road
- When entered correctly the option for deliver to store will be shown
- Complete checkout with "Deliver to Store / Collection" as your delivery method - its FREE.
- When you receive our despatched notification that means your order has left our warehouse - it will be ready to collect 1 hour later at Medusa Exotics

A note on how quickly we process orders
we may be able to bring forward stock item orders depending on warehouse capacity - please ask and we will do our best to help
We process stock items quickly, you can order at any time up to midday and collect from 1pm the same day (orders placed after midday will be ready the next day.
Example: Order 11am Monday = "Collection (Stock Items: ready to pickup after 1pm Tuesday):
We process none stock/special order items the following day (as they need to come to us from breeders/suppliers first). If this applies to your order (e.g. it contains live, frozen or some bulky items) an extra day will be added to your collection estimate.
Example: Order 11am Monday = "Collection (Special Order: ready to pickup after 1pm Wednesday)"
