If you can't find what you need online you can reach out to our online support team and we'll get back to you with an answer same or next working day. You can use our contact form, the help button (located on the bottom right of all pages on our website) email us or even use facebook messenger for a speedy reply from a dedicated expert.
Can I cancel my order before despatch?
Sorry, we can't cancel or change your order now it has been placed due to the speed and automation of our despatch systems. It's important we get orders out to you as quickly as we possibly can do and that simply wouldn't happen if we held onto orders before processing them.
Other than live or frozen food its usually no issue to return any unwanted item, get in touch with us or check out our website for the latest information, policies and updates.
How long will orders take to arrive?
We are pleased to confirm that there are no delays to despatch or delivery at the moment so depending on the delivery method you selected you can usually expect delivery within 1-2 or 2-3 working days. It must be noted that peaks in orders, localised delivery issues or short delays due to the correct implementation of social distancing measures may still on occasion cause short delays which are outside of our control.
Can I track my order?
We endeavour to upload tracking details to your account when we despatch orders. If you are unsure please just contact us and we will be happy to help.
Do you split orders for delivery?
Yes, we despatch equipment from our own state of the art warehouse based in Nottingham. Live and Frozen food orders are sent directly from the farm and some bulk items are delivered directly from suppliers. The overall delivery times will not be impacted.
