The items them selves were fantastic the only issue I had was one of the bowls hadn’t been completed with it’s sealant, I emailed customer service about this weeks ago and still I’ve heard nothing back, not had a replacement or a refund

Bought this to heat up a hedgehog cage, as a covering for the heat lamp. Its light and seems high quality.

    It's a Whopper! ☺

I bought an Arcadia Reptile Heat Lamp Safety Cage as my existing one was too short to use with the Arcadia light fitting. This cage is big and it was exactly what I needed. As another reviewer has said this is very long 8½ inches!! It was suitable for my requirements but would be too big for the smaller vivs. Again as another reviewer says, the clip to open it is at the back and is a bit awkward but I got around this by reclipping the hook to one side when I closed the cage. The screws provided were teeny tiny and too fiddly to use so I just used my own. So if you're after a long heat cage this would be the one otherwise buy something smaller.

Works well with the Arcadia ceramic lamp holder...

Does what it says on the tin. Supplied with screws. My one criticism is that the cage door fastening latch on mine is on the rear, on the same side as the cable ingress hole (i.e. this is the opposite of what is shown in the picture above). This means that to unlock the cage door to replace a bulb, you have to reach behind the cage in your viv (and the latch is unsighted to you), which is a bit difficult. It would make more sense to have the latch on the opposite side, i.e. the front, as this would make this process a lot easier. Otherwise, a decent enough bit of kit.
