Packaging
The majority of our locusts are packed fresh into recycled, vented plastic tubs containing cardboard 'egg' carton for perching and bran for feed on their journey to you.
Items marked * are usually packed in hessian woven sacks. If you prefer despatch in tubs please purchase multiple super-tubs; the per locust price will be very close in most instances.
Top Tip
"XL, Large, Medium, Small are the most commonly ordered locust sizes as this wide range covers most uses and they tend to post better than adult or hatchling sizes, especially during extremes in weather"

We want you to be confident your live-food will arrive fresh and live... the insects we post for on the overwhelming majority of orders do just that.
Occasionally though, humidity, delays or temperature can cause issues.
If that happens, don't panic: simply email us a photo showing the problem, within 24 hours of receipt, we'll replace them free of charge. It really is that simple.
