Home Delivery

Home delivery costs only £9.99 for any order that contains frozen food regardless of spend and are delivered directly from our frozen suppliers.  This covers the cost of specialist couriers used, packaging boxes and dry ice which are required to ensure the food reaches you in perfect condition.  By charging for delivery at cost price we can avoid artificially inflating the prices of our frozen food simply to hide these costs; the result is that larger orders usually work out much cheaper buying from our competitors.  

As long as you order before midday Monday to Thursday we will send your order the same day, but please remember we don't ship frozen food on Fridays as our couriers do not deliver over the weekend.  Once its on the way to you, please be sure that you are available to take delivery of your order as soon as it arrives as we are unable to credit or replace frozen food that has started to defrost should there be a problem with delivering it when first attempted.  If you are in any doubt whatsoever as to when your order will arrive, please email us after you have placed your order and we will reply back with the exact courier and day of your delivery as soon as we have the information from our suppliers.  

Collect frozen food in store...

We do not offer a click and collect service on frozen food at present due to it being sent directly from our suppliers, however our Medusa Exotics - Nottingham Superstore offer a full range of frozen reptile food in Nottingham that you can pickup 7 days a week in store.

    Arrived a day late as a room temperature bag of rotting mice. Phone line dead. E-mails resulted in replacements a week after they were ordered. Not very impressed.

    Brought 25 frozen mice they came when we was out we had no text or email or traking number too track out parcel of mice also no option too divert to nabour or change delivery date which is appalling concidering we payed £10 for postage. The mice defrosted and had to be binned. We contacted support and they very very un helpful and rude will never use again terrible terrible service. SHAMEFULL!
