As long as the products on your order are stock and you order before our cut off time Monday-Friday we will despatch your order the same day. If you order after these times or during the weekend or on a bank holiday your order will be despatched the next working day.
Please note that any courier orders that contain frozen or live food will not be despatched on a Friday. This means if you order these items after 2pm Thursday they will be packed and despatched for delivery the following Monday or Tuesday (dependant on courier).
We are trialling a new feature which shows the estimated arrival day for your order at the checkout stage, in order to calculate this we use a number of factors related to the type of items you are ordering and the weights and sizes we have on record for these and the number of days our carriers quote to deliver a typical order. We will continue to monitor and improve this service over time so please feel free to contact us if you have any comments or suggestions
Our estimate delivery time is based on the a cut off time of 2pm but will occasionally change subject to order volumes and warehouse capacity.
We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce, APC and TNT for our deliveries, all of which are able to deliver 95% of more of our orders by the dates shown during checkout. We do however emphasise that we are not responsible for delays or costs incurred if orders do not arrive on the expected date as this is to be taken only as an estimate.
Please always allow an extra day for delivery during busy periods, when placing an order to be delivered to a remote regions or to an address or postcode with a track history of postage delays.
If you are based anywhere within the United Kingdom and your order can be posted by Royal Mail we should be able to ship to your address.
If you are based in the Scottish Highlands or Islands, Northern Ireland or any None Mainland UK and we cannot post your order by Royal Mail there may be shipping surcharges and delivery restrictions that apply, please see further details nearer the bottom of this page.
We do not currently ship any orders outside of the United Kingdom.

FREE Pickup In Store
Our "Pickup in Store" service is completely free of charge and allows you to order from our complete range of products for collection from our shop in Nottingham. All orders are made available to collect in the same time scale as our fastest courier delivery option*
- Order by 2pm Monday-Friday for collection after midday the following day
- If ordering after 2pm Friday orders are ready to collect from Tuesday
This ensures that we have time to consolidate your order as some items are stored in different warehouses.

"Out of Zone" Deliveries & Remote Regions
Unfortunately the Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote or none Mainland destinations may be subject to surcharges or restrictions, in which case these will be displayed during checkout
In the event this applies to your order we will review the options and let you know by email or telephone so you can make a decision whether to go ahead with your order or not. We do reserve the right to cancel orders should we not be able to provide a suitable delivery option or there are known problems with couriers in certain regions that may have a knock on effect on the service levels we can offer.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. This feature is in Beta so we may still need to contact you regarding the restrictions/surcharges above - if in doubt please get in touch first.
If ordering for delivery to the Channel Islands we regret we are unable to adjust or refund VAT as this is automatically collected during the ordering process by our website
