Premium (1 Working Day): £4.95
Express (1-2 Working Days): £3.95
Standard (1-3 Working Days): £2.95
Livefood may arrive separately by standard Royal Mail 24 regardless of the delivery service selected.
Most Livefood orders are despatched directly from our specialist breeders for maximum freshness and fast delivery. We despatch orders the same day when you pay by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12 noon on a Friday: and the vast majority of orders do arrive next day. At peak times orders placed close to the deadline may be sent the following day, we would advise ordering earlier wherever possible.
No courier orders are sent on a Friday so please expect a Monday despatch if ordering large or expensive orders on Thursday or any time on Friday.
Free Delivery for orders £49 or over
If your order totals £49 or more we will send it free of charge. The available options for this are the standard, 48 and 24 hour services. The services and delivery times are as with smaller orders and Interlink Premium delivery carries a £2.95 surcharge if available.
The majority of our products are available for home delivery - but in some circumstances they may not be, these are marked clearly on the product pages with a red cross against the "home delivery available" message. Examples are as follows
Internet Reptile only despatches products within the UK. If an item can be sent by our Royal Mail services (orders up to 2kg and can fit in our regular size box) we can despatch to all regions. If you live in an offshore destination, Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands, any larger orders that we cannot send by Royal Mail will be subject to a courier surcharge; this can be between £10 to £35; should this apply to your order we will call you to explain the options so you can choose whether to go ahead
Some bulky items (vivariums, substrates etc) may arrive separately to your main order but within the standard delivery times quoted.
COLLECT IN STORE
If an item is in stock you can order online and collect from our Nottingham Superstore which is open 7 days a week.
Items stocked in our stores can be collected within 15 minutes, some items including those which are extremely fast moving (such as livefood) may be shipped into our store especially for your order.
Please call our store directly on 0115 8377877 to check the status of an item before you visit, otherwise please wait for your "shipped' email which means the order is now ready to collect.
We are currently trialling a Van Delivery service for all items. At present customers who live in the NG, DE and LE postcode region will see this delivery method during checkout. This will allow for frozen food items and fragile goods to be delivered safely to your home address. We will usually have to contact you to let you know your delivery day and estimated time; at checkout we can only quote within 5 working days.
This service is designed for larger orders so costs £9.99 for orders under £200 or is offered free of charge for orders over this amount.
As customers using this service increase we hope to be able to offer greater flexibility and coverage - please let us know if you would be interested in this service if outside these regions.
