Great wood chips, generally same sizes, clean, nice smelling and dry. Although, as with all wood chip, wood dust will collect, and with these it seems to be more than i get with coarser chip, but I'm perfectly happy just to be careful when nearing the end of the bag and filling the tray away from my bird so no dust settling in the air around him
