The Moon Switch will switch a mains power line on and off depending on the light level. When it is light the power will be off and when it is dark the power will be on. The difference between the on and off levels has been adjusted so that the unit does not flicker at the triggering point nor will it switch on and off due to minor variations in brightness. Essentially the unit detects day and night and can therefore switch things on that are required during the night.

The Habistat Night Eye will switch the day night function of the HabiStat Day/Night Pulse or Dimming thermostats on and off. It does this by sensing the light level. When it is light the day time temperature will be set and when it is dark the lower night time temperature will be activated. The difference between the on and off levels has been adjusted so that the unit does not flicker at the triggering point nor will it switch on and off due to minor variations in brightness.

The Sun & Moon Switch is a pair of light activated mains electricity switches. When the switch is in the light, the power will be switched on for one channel and off for the other. In the dark the situation is reversed, the day time on channel is switched off and the night time channel, on.

The Habistat Sun Switch is a light activated mains electricity switch. When the Habistat Sun Switch is in the light, the power will be switched on and when it is in the dark, the power will be switched off. The difference between the on and off levels has been adjusted so that the unit does not flicker at the triggering point nor will it switch on and off due to minor variations in brightness. Essentially, the unit detects day and night and can therefore switch things on that are required during daylight hours.
