Delivery prices and times

Next Working Day (£3.99/£4.99) - (Order received by 12 noon Monday-Thursday) - Delivery the following business day.

Next Working Day (£3.99/£4.99) - (Order received between 12noon Thursday and 12noon Monday) - Delivery the following Tuesday (we do not dispatch courier orders on Friday-Sunday.

Next Working Day 12 noon (£9.99) - Cut off times and delivery days identical to Next working day

Standard Delivery (£0/£3.49) - Delivery within 4 business days (insects only are sent by first class post with approx 90% being received the next working day).   Friday post of live insects is at own risk

Delivery Zones

All delivery prices are valid to the UK Mainland only and exclude the following postcode groups: IV, HS, KA27/28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, GY, JE, TR21-25

Although we may be able to send some smaller orders by Royal Mail to these postcode groups we cannot guarantee live insects or delivery times.  Courier may be available although a surcharge will usually apply.  It is always best to contact us for options if ordering from within these postcode groups.
