 The Arcadia ALR15 Reflector is perfect for 15w, 18" fluorescent tubes and can help to increase the useful light output of these fluorescent tube by over 100%.  It has a sturdy, corrosion resistant aluminium finish and comes with the required clips for standard T8 (1”) fluorescent tubes.

How it works
When you turn on any fluorescent tube, it will give off light in every direction by an equal amount.  This means that a lot of this potentially useful light is directed upwards, into the lid of the aquarium or vivarium and away from the animals.
By simply installing an Arcadia reflector behind the fluorescent tube it prevents this light being wasted and redirects it back into the aquarium or vivarium and maximises the efficiency and useful light output of the tube.
